Job Description
Become a pivotal member of Northbridge as an Underwriting Quality & Education Consultant, maintaining and enhancing our National Underwriting Framework. This hybrid role focuses on delivering educational content and conducting vital technical reviews.
At Northbridge, we seek an experienced Underwriting consultant with a strong background in Commercial Underwriting, particularly in Property, Casualty, and Auto. You will be responsible for designing and leading underwriting education programs while assessing training needs within our national Underwriting team. Building relationships and sharing knowledge to foster growth is key to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and oversee the National Underwriting Framework
• Conduct file reviews and technical assessments
• Design and implement underwriting education programs
• Evaluate training needs to enhance underwriting competency
• Share knowledge and develop the team's skills
