About The Role:

We are seeking experienced and confident Team Leaders to join our Ofsted Registered Children's Residential Homes in Ninfield.

This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the safe, consistent and effective running of shifts within the home. As a Team Leader, you will provide direction, guidance and support to Coaches and Senior Coaches, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding and behaviour management are maintained at all times.
