NIGHT CARE TEAM LEADER

We are looking for a caring, motivated, and proactive Care Team Leader to join our residential and nursing care teams. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced care professional who is passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care while supporting and leading others to achieve the very best outcomes for residents.

As a Team Leader, you will lead shifts, support and guide care staff, and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and responsive care that promotes wellbeing, dignity, independence, and quality of life. You will play an important role in creating a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment for residents, relatives, colleagues, and visitors, while helping to maintain the high standards our services are known for.
