Job Description
Shape the future of healthcare by leading major gift campaigns at the NHH Foundation. As Director, you will engage community partners and enhance philanthropic support for patient care.
This permanent, full-time position reports to the Chief Executive Officer. You will spearhead innovative strategies to secure substantial gifts, focusing on cultivating strong relationships with donors and stakeholders. Your analytical and communication skills will be vital in driving the Foundation's fundraising objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement strategies that drive significant philanthropic revenue
• Identify and manage major gift prospects and donors
• Execute capital campaign strategy and reporting
