Job Description
Take charge of legal advisory at NFI as a Senior Legal Counsel. Blend strategic oversight with operational support to navigate legal complexities in mass mobility solutions.
Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, you’ll be a key advisor, managing legal issues across NFI's diverse business units. Your expertise will drive effective risk management, litigation oversight, and regulatory compliance, alongside drafting vital corporate documents and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on a range of corporate and commercial legal matters
• Manage and supervise external legal counsel in litigation
• Draft, review, and interpret various legal agreements
• Address compliance and regulatory concerns effectively
• Assist in corporate governance and major transactions
Requirements:
• Law degree and current legal license in Canada or the U.S.
• 3-5 years of in-house or law firm experience
