Job Description

Join NFI as an Assistant General Manager focused on operations management. This unique training opportunity prepares you for a future role as a General Manager while gaining hands-on experience.
As an Assistant General Manager, you will directly support the Operations Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations at a Tier One customer site. Your responsibilities will include financial analysis, employee relations, and safety oversight. The training will last approximately nine to fifteen months, equipping you with the skills to lead effectively.
