NEW* Nurse Practitioner {ONA CS-26-150}

Department: Community Mental Health & Addictions - RAAM

Reporting to the Manager of Mental Health and Addictions at the King Street campus, the Nurse Practitioner will work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to provide support to individuals with mental health and/or addiction concerns. Functioning within the Standards of Practice for Extended Class as set out by the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO), the NP will work in collaboration with physicians, nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary team to initiate withdrawal management protocols, treatment pathways, and to develop and implement care plans, ensuring optimal care for patients at the King Street Campus.

QUALIFICATIONS

Certification/Experience/Knowledge

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as a Registered Nurse in the Extended Class {RN (EC)} and with a specialty certificate in either Adult or Primary Health Care required ...
