The New Home Sales Administrator is the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers visiting the sales centre or model homes. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and engaging environment while supporting the sales team through administrative, coordination, and customer service activities. The Administrator plays a key role in delivering a positive customer experience and supporting sales operations in a fast‑paced new home construction environment.
