This is the recruitment for graduating teacher candidates of 2026 You will be interviewed for the Substitute Teacher roster to begin working as soon as you’re eligible When hired as a Substitute Teacher you will be able to: start picking up Substitute Assignments apply to TERM positions in May and June apply to TERM and PERM internal postings (only advertised to WSD employees) that start in September and are posted throughout the school year What happens after I apply? You will be contacted for an interview by a WSD administrator What can I expect in the interview?
