Job Description
Join the multidisciplinary team at Hillside Centre as a full-time Neuropsychiatrist. Oversee a 12-bed Neuropsychiatry Unit, providing expert care to complex adult cases while leading a collaborative team.
We are looking for a skilled Neuropsychiatrist or General Psychiatrist to enhance our Neuropsychiatry Unit. This role includes conducting comprehensive assessments, leading treatment planning, and participating in BC Neuropsychiatry rounds weekly. You will also support patient reintegration and collaborate closely with referring teams for optimal care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct neuropsychiatric assessments for complex cases
• Lead and collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team
• Participate in virtual BC Neuropsychiatry rounds weekly
• Serve as a resource for referring psychiatrists
• Advocate for patient home reintegration
