Neurologist (200-1414)

The Island Health Division of Neurology has opportunities for an additional Neurologist to join a group of 5 colleagues.

We seek enthusiastic candidates with an interest in developing subspecialty Neurology Service in one of three areas: Epilepsy, Headache, and Cognitive Neurology. This will complement the current Stroke, MS, Movement Disorders, Neurophysiology, and Neuro-Ophthalmology Services. Candidates will be participating in inpatient and outpatient-based care while finding that a balance of work and life is possible in this dynamic and growing community. Opportunities to provide medical education with University affiliation are all part of this engaging practice environment.

The successful candidate will hold Royal College certification, be eligible for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC, and demonstrate commitment to providing community-based stroke care.
