Job Summary
We are seeking a Network Support Engineer – L1 to provide first-level technical support for network infrastructure and connectivity issues. The candidate will assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network systems while ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Level 1 support for network-related incidents and service requests.
- Monitor network devices, connectivity, and system alerts.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and VPN issues.
- Support installation and configuration of routers, switches, and access points.
- Perform cable connectivity checks and basic network diagnostics.
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2 or senior network engineers.
- Support hardware replacement and network device setup.
