Job Description
Turtle Trax S.A. is seeking a Network Support Specialist to manage WAN/LAN infrastructures for multiple accounts. Responsibilities include providing life-cycle management, quality assurance, and technical troubleshooting support. Candidates must have a basic understanding of telecom and networking principles, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR B2 and above). The position requires onsite presence in Mexico, Jalisco, Región Centro. Knowledge of LAN/WAN protocols is preferred.
