Job Description
Position Summary Network Specialist. Supports and maintains the organization’s enterprise network and voice infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments. Focuses on performance, security and reliability through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance and the implementation of security controls, network resilience and standard procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Network and Voice environment (on/off‑prem) as part of a team of Technology Specialists.
Configure and administer routing and switching equipment, hosted Teams Phones (Voice), Operator Connect, firewalls, SD‑WAN solutions, load balancers and branch Wi‑Fi.
Recommend, plan and implement Azure networking solutions.
Deploy solutions using the Azure Portal, PowerShell, Azure CLI and ARM templates.
Maximize network performance by monitoring, troubleshooting outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with specialists on optimization.
