Summary
The Network Manager leads the global Network Operations team, owning performance, processes, and team development in a 24x7 environment. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role connects daily execution with long-term strategy, requiring strong network engineering expertise and experience managing distributed teams.
Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop Network Operations Tech Leads, supporting both technical and leadership growth
- Own the full employee lifecycle for the NetOps team, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, career development, and retention
- Ensure proper staffing and coverage across all operational shifts
- Build and maintain a high-performance culture based on ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Promote cross-team alignment and knowledge sharing to ensure consistency across operations
