Network Engineer

Toronto Location and Hybrid 2 to 3 days/week
Contract Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension

We are looking for Network Engineer to join one of our clients to work on third level support for telephony infrastructure and telephony project migration (end of life migrations, migration of telephony users to new cloud-based telephony platforms).

Responsibilities

1. Discovery & Planning, work with the vendor engaged for this project
   • Review and interpret existing PBX configurations, including user profiles, call flows, and system integrations.
   • Develop a comprehensive migration plan segmented by business lines and locations.
2. Design & Documentation
   • Create/Edit Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation aligned with the High-Level Design (HLD) and business requirements.
   • Call Routing and Dial Plan Design.
