Compensation
$95,000 - $115,000 plus up to 5% bonus, up to 150%.
Job Summary
As a Network Administrator (Global) you are responsible for providing technical expertise in IT infrastructure and network platforms for global operations. Design and implement infrastructure solutions in collaboration with business and product development teams. You bring a broad set of skills to ensure operations in the region (Canada, USA, Mexico, Brazil and Colombia), and further support EMEA and APAC.
Primary Responsibilities
Network Operations
- Monitor, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
- Troubleshoot network performance issues, outages, and connectivity problems
- Perform routine maintenance, patching, and firmware upgrades
