Naval Operations Integration Specialist

Job Description As a key member of the End User Product Development Team (PDT), the Transition to Service Specialist plays an important role in ensuring that future Royal Canadian Navy operators receive systems, equipment, and documentation that are safe, effective, and fit for purpose. This position oversees and supports the development of Operability Statements (OPSTATs), ensuring they meet program milestones, incorporate expert review, and accurately reflect how equipment will be used in real-world naval operations.

The Transition to Service Specialist also collaborates closely with Human Systems Integration (HSI), Training, and Crewing teams to ensure OPSTAT information supports accurate determination of personnel requirements, skillsets, and operational considerations.
