Lead the production team at Nature Fresh Farms as a Line Lead in Leamington, ON, and ensure efficient operations in our greenhouse production environment. Collaborate with a dedicated team and foster a culture of safety.
As a full-time, permanent Line Lead, you will manage a crew of 10-20 employees on the packing lines. Your leadership ensures that production orders are fulfilled according to strict guidelines.
