Job Description

This role will be instrumental in leading commercial strategies, managing high-value MTI customers, and delivering sustainable growth across independent modern trade channels nationwide. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Drive sales growth (volume & value) and profitability across Modern Trade Independent (MTI) channels.
Manage key MTI accounts such as Hari-Hari, Naga, Tip Top, and other major independent MT customers.
Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans, including new product launches, promotions, in-store visibility, and trade engagement programs.
Lead portfolio optimization (SKU/channel/area mix) to maximize value creation.
Own full P&L responsibility across assigned MTI accounts.
