Core Objectives
Drive profitable net sales growth across Direct-to-Salon and National Accounts through disciplined sales execution, conversion programs, and portfolio expansion.
Build and sustain long-term professional salon partnerships, positioning Wella as a strategic business partner.
Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team, ensuring strong accountability, engagement, and capability development.
Translate data, insights, and field feedback into clear action plans that improve sell‑in, sell‑through, and category performance.
