We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for the Narmco Group to supervise maintenance operations across multiple shifts. Responsibilities include leading staff, managing equipment maintenance, and ensuring smooth plant operations. You will also be responsible for scheduling contractors and maintaining a preventative maintenance schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the work of Automation and Robotic Technicians
• Manage installations of new equipment and processes
• Schedule preventative maintenance for all machinery
• Oversee the recording of maintenance activities
• Facilitate synchronous problem-solving for equipment issues
