MYP Mandarin Teacher

Reporting to: MYP Coordinator, Head of Secondary

Liaising with: Other language teachers

The Mandarin Teacher creates meaningful, inclusive, and engaging learning experiences that support the linguistic, academic, social, and emotional development of learners within the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP).

The role promotes inquiry, intercultural understanding, international-mindedness, and student agency while developing learners’ confidence and proficiency in Mandarin Chinese as a language for communication, expression, and cultural understanding.
