Description:**JOB PURPOSE**Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency, waste reduction, and process standardization throughout the plant through the implementation of Lean methodologies and effective strategic project management.Implement systems and provide coaching to develop a culture of continuous improvement with structured thinking at all levels of the organization.
**JOB FUNTIONS**- Identify, design, lead, and execute continuous improvement projects and opportunities for improvement focused on production, logistics, quality, and administrative processes using Lean tools.
- Promote and facilitate the implementation of a Lean culture at all the levels of the organization (5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, Six Sigma, among others).
- Train and support work teams with continuous improvement methodologies.
