Opportunity We are seeking a skilled and motivated Municipal Engineer / Project Manager to join our team in the Cowichan Valley or Victoria, BC. This role leads the planning, design, and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery to the highest technical standards.

Lead the detailed design and production of engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with all client, municipal, and approval agency requirements.
