Join the Bank of Canada as a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Multimedia. This role is primarily remote, requiring onsite presence in Ottawa just one day a week.
The successful candidate will support production readiness and operational transition activities for a financial system. This role demands collaboration with business and QA stakeholders to define scenarios, facilitate defect resolution, and maintain crucial operational documentation. You will also develop training materials and ensure operational readiness among support teams.
