Multi-Unit Events and Education Lead (Full-Time) - Eataly Toronto

Job Description

Please note, this is a multi‑unit role that requires the ability to work between all Eataly Toronto locations: Yorkville, Sherway Gardens, Don Mills, Eaton Centre, and the Distillery.

The Education and Events Lead is a food enthusiast who passionately engages guests in Eataly’s mission through events and educational programming. Reports to the Events & Education Manager.

• Leads onsite execution of public and private events including specialized cooking/wine/food knowledge classes, group reservations, buyouts, press events, tastings and private receptions
• Supervises and supports staff members onsite during events to ensure smooth execution
• Posts classes on Eventbrite, compiles instructor biographies, Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s) and follows up with clients prior to event execution, and creates class registration pages online
• Places collateral, food and beverage orders needed prior to event execution
