MSIP Program Safety Advisor
Job Description
Champion workplace health as an MSIP Program Safety Advisor. Provide guidance and support for the Musculoskeletal Injury Prevention program while effectively coaching staff members.
This position plays an integral part in the Occupational Health and Safety Department. Your role will be to implement the MSIP Peer Resource program and work collaboratively with other health and safety professionals. Focus on developing a strategic approach to injury prevention while ensuring compliance with WorkSafeBC. Foster strong relationships to promote safety across all levels of staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the MSIP program consistently
• Provide mentorship and training to staff
• Monitor compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with health professionals on safety initiatives
