We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented candidate with experience in indirect purchasing and MRO environments. The ideal candidate will have strong supplier management and negotiation skills, the ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment, and a strong sense of urgency to support operational needs. A solid understanding of ERP systems, cost analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration is key to success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Procurement of MRO & Indirect Materials: Source and purchase maintenance, repair, and operational supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Supplier Management & Performance: Monitor supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery) and drive improvement initiatives.
- RFQs & Negotiation: Lead bidding processes, analyze quotes, and negotiate pricing and service conditions.
