Customer Service Representative – Supply Chain (Full‐time, On‐site, Querétaro)Key Responsibilities:Ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements and specifications.Monitor customer inquiries and process shipments.Coordinate transport logistics as per customer needs.Maintain direct communication with clients.Track orders, analyze forecasts, and coordinate parcel deliveries.Serve as a single point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring high quality service.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service within the automotive industry (3 years preferred).
