In your role as the Motorsports Sales Manager for The North West Company (NWC), you will achieve sales, inventory turns, and gross profit targets in the Motorsports department. You will work closely with our store network to deliver excellent customer service, grow market share targets, and build consumer loyalty.

The North West Company is the largest Honda ATV dealer, largest Yamaha dealer, and the largest Ski‑doo retailer in Canada. We serve customers across the country through our 130+ Northern Stores as well as stand‑alone dealer stores, and the motorsports team also supports our Alaska stores and the expansion of our dealer network in that state. The Sales Manager role at NWC is accountable for all Major Unit purchasing and planning for all stores in our network.
