Job Description
Become a vital part of the drilling team as a Motorhand. You will handle drilling equipment and maintain engines while working with skilled professionals on-site.
This Motorhand role involves collaborating closely with the floorhand and qualified driller, ensuring the upkeep of drilling equipment and machines. You'll take charge of general maintenance tasks such as oiling and repairing machinery, keeping the work area safe and organized. The importance of quality communication, safety mindset, and mechanical inclination cannot be overstated in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain all engines and conduct general repairs
• Ensure safety guards are replaced promptly
• Keep oil and grease off floors
• Check fan belts and report oil leaks
• Maintain safety equipment and tools
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Motorhand
• H2S Alive and First Aid certifications
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
