Job Description
Become a key player in motel management as the Operations Supervisor. Focus on guest interactions and operational efficiency, working directly on-site to lead your team.
As the Motel Operations Supervisor, you’ll manage schedules, oversee employees, and produce required reports. You will also assist guests with various needs and suggest improvements to enhance the overall service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee establishment of work schedules and procedures
• Carry out duties in alignment with supervised workers
• Compile and submit operational reports
• Solve work-related issues and enhance service quality
• Support guests with special individual requirements
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate essential
• 7 months to less than 1 year of related experience
• On-site work obligatory; no remote options
• Skills in staff training and safety protocol implementation
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
