Job Description
Intern (L1)
We are looking for an Intern (L1) who will assist in troubleshooting and conducting analysis on L1 support issues, focusing on learning and understanding customer problems. The role includes supporting the L1 team in managing customer incidents throughout the full lifecycle, documenting incident details, reviewing and updating escalation procedures, escalating incidents when necessary, maintaining customer maintenance records, following up on support cases, ensuring compliance with SLAs and OLAs, and supporting reporting activities and documentation of customer interactions.
