Modern Workplace & AI Solutions Specialist — In this role, you’ll focus on end‑to‑end Microsoft Copilot enablement, AI‑driven productivity, and secure collaboration, working closely with clients to assess readiness, design solutions, and support adoption. You’ll play a key role in translating modern workplace and AI capabilities into practical, real‑world improvements for how teams work day‑to‑day. Beyond feature enablement, this role is responsible for preparing tenants for AI safely; ensuring identity, security, data governance, and audit controls are in place before Copilot is deployed.
