Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage product roadmaps, publishing plans, live operations, and updates across multiple mobile game titles in LATAM.
  • Define regional product strategies and translate them into actionable publishing and operational plans.
  • Localize content, campaigns, and in‑game events to fit LATAM player preferences and market trends.
  • Oversee release schedules, ensuring timely delivery of updates, events, features, and regional campaigns.
  • Coordinate builds, version control, store submissions, and multi‑country release deployments.
  • Set and monitor key KPIs (DAU, retention, ARPU, conversion, ROAS) to evaluate and optimize game performance.
  • Analyze game data, market trends, and player behaviour to improve monetization and engagement.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking across LATAM mobile games and identify market opportunities.
