Mobile Game Product Manager - LATAM
Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage product roadmaps, publishing plans, live operations, and updates across multiple mobile game titles in LATAM.
- Define regional product strategies and translate them into actionable publishing and operational plans.
- Localize content, campaigns, and in‑game events to fit LATAM player preferences and market trends.
- Oversee release schedules, ensuring timely delivery of updates, events, features, and regional campaigns.
- Coordinate builds, version control, store submissions, and multi‑country release deployments.
- Set and monitor key KPIs (DAU, retention, ARPU, conversion, ROAS) to evaluate and optimize game performance.
- Analyze game data, market trends, and player behaviour to improve monetization and engagement.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking across LATAM mobile games and identify market opportunities.
