Job Description
Become a key designer and researcher of sub-THz integrated circuits for complex mmWave and RF applications. Engage deeply with frequency ranges up to 300GHz in a hands-on role.
We are seeking a skilled MMIC/RFIC designer with a strong background in the research and development of high-performance circuits. This full-time position involves working with silicon technologies including CMOS and BiCMOS, focusing on circuit blocks like LNAs, PAs, and mixers. Your experience with mixed signal design and electromagnetic simulation tools will be critical for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research on mmWave circuit design and development
• Perform RF and mixed-signal simulation and verification
• Undertake physical layout design and EM simulation
• Design calibration circuits for consistent operation
• Develop test strategies for circuit validation
