Key Responsibilities:
• Develop creative strategies based on customer data insights
• Oversee all creative outputs for ads, emails, and videos
• Build and enhance the creative team’s skillset and output
• Sign off on brand messaging and content quality
• Work alongside media teams to iterate based on performance
