Mitigation Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Mitigation Supervisor to join our team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes managing the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.

You are IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning/restoration. You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating staff, equipment, supplies, and vehicles for emergency claims response.
• Training new staff in administrative duties such as timesheet completion and form filling.
• Conducting Toolbox meetings before tasks with crew.
• Supervising and training Restoration Labourers and temporary staff on safe work practices.
