A reputable manufacturer in Mississauga is seeking a Payroll Administrator to execute full-cycle payroll processing across Canada and the U.S. This role emphasizes detail, compliance, and confidentiality.
You'll play a key role in managing payroll operations, assisting with year-end processes, and administering employee benefits on a one-year contract. Your strong background in ADP Workforce Now will support precise payroll processing and compliance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process full-cycle payroll using ADP Workforce Now & PowerPay
• Participate in year-end activities such as T4s and W-2s
• Manage employee benefits enrollments and reconciliations
• Validate payroll data and ensure regulatory compliance
• Produce payroll journal entries and facilitate audits
