MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 certificate is essential. Computer literacy (MS Office packages) is essential. Technical knowledge with regard to stopping, development, survey, equipping explosives. And safety policies, procedures and regulations are essential.
