Forest View Hospital, located just seven miles southeast of downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan, is a private 108 bed psychiatric facility that serves children, adolescents and adults. Position Summary: 

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON), the Milieu Specialist is responsible for managing the milieu staff and promoting a positive work environment. The Milieu Specialist also takes responsibility for training and supporting unit staff to ensure the treatment spaces are safe, secure, and therapeutic
