Mid-Level Backend (Cloud Developer) (Medellín)

Design, build, and deploy AI-driven automation systems that integrate large-scale data processing, machine learning models, and agentic AI architectures.

This role focuses on hands‑on implementation of LLM‑based agents, RAG pipelines, data workflows, and MLOps practices, integrating AI capabilities into real business systems using cloud‑native technologies. It also requires strong client‑facing communication skills and experience working directly with clients to understand business needs, present solutions, and build trusted relationships.
