What You’ll Do
- Client–Carrier Relay
You'll receive information requests from underwriters, translate them into clear language for the client, collect what's needed, and relay it back properly formatted. If a client hasn't responded in 24 hours, you follow up. If the underwriter hasn't responded in 48, same thing. - Intake Support
You'll complete applications for clients who need additional coverage or whose submissions require rework. Accuracy and speed go hand in hand here. - Documentation & CRM Management
Everything you do gets logged. Documents, communications, notes, all recorded in the CRM after every action. - Customer Support
You'll monitor the inbox, respond with status updates, handle calls when needed, and immediately flag any urgency to the team.
