MGR MARKETING STRATEGY
Job Description
This role is responsible for the development and execution of effective, impactful marketing campaigns for The Shoe Co. and DSW in Canada. The scope of the role spans two key areas: Brand Strategy and Seasonal Campaign Strategy. For Brand Strategy, the role brings a thoughtful, data‑informed strategic point of view to key brand, messaging, and business initiatives, leading initiatives from strategy through execution. For Seasonal Campaign Strategy, the role is responsible for gathering and synthesizing inputs and data from internal and external partners, translating insights into integrated marketing strategies, and leading cross‑functional execution to ensure seamless, customer‑facing implementation.
This position will be in Toronto office 1 day a week
