Main Objective:
The Mexico People Sr Manager is accountable for leading the country People agenda, ensuring strong local governance, labor compliance, risk management, and cultural stewardship. The role acts as a strategic partner to Local People Business Partners, and Business leadership, safeguarding employee experience and regulatory integrity, while enabling alignment with global People strategy and the evolution toward a shared‐services‐led operating model.
