Metrology Supervisor
Job Description
Position Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Metrology Supervisor to lead a team of six Metrology Technicians in an automotive laboratory environment. The supervisor will be responsible for the dimensional accuracy, calibration, and inspection of cast components during manufacturing, development, or reconditioning. They will also manage inspection equipment, develop measurement methods, and oversee a multi-shift team of inspectors.

- 100% onsite
- Short-term contract: 4 months, renewable
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Scheduling: Supervise a team of 6+ hourly technicians (CMM programmers/operators, NDT technicians, dimensional inspectors) to ensure 24/7 or multi-shift coverage for high-priority production workstreams.
