MES Techno- Functional Consultant (Lead II - Enterprise Solutions ) based in Guadalajara.

• Analyze and understand business processes in discrete manufacturing.
• Gather and document requirements for MES solutions by working with cross‑functional teams including operations, IT, and engineering.
• Integrate MES with SAP for part master, engineering change note, and inventory.
• Integrate MES with inventory management systems.
• Customize MES workflows and screens as per plant operations using scripting or configuration tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, traceability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance post‑deployment.
• Document solution designs, configurations, and user manuals.
