Job Description
One of our manufacturing clients in Chatham, ON is seeking a skilled MES Specialist for their facility.
Shift – Days
Pay rate – $85k-$115k
Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and support MES applications to align with production and operational requirements
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous system availability and reliability
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and IT teams to optimize workflows and system functionality
- Integrate MES with ERP systems, PLCs, and other manufacturing technologies
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools to support decision‑making
- Provide user support, training, and documentation for MES‑related processes
