MES Business Analyst/PM/SM

We are currently seeking a MES Business Analyst/PM/SM to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and translate MES business requirements into functional specifications.
- Coordinate with developers, QA, and plant operations teams.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (if acting as Scrum Master).
- Support MES system deployment, enhancements, and production issues.
- Document processes, user stories, and SOPs.
Qualifications
- Experience with MES platforms (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Wonderware, Camstar).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows: production, quality, scheduling, inventory.
- Experience as a BA, PM, or SM in MES/Manufacturing environments.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
